Downing the tax efficient venture capital investors have appointed Katherine May as a Portfolio Executive. 

Katherine joins Downing from KPMG where she worked for five years in its corporate finance and valuations team.  Katherine has a first class degree from Exeter University and corporate finance qualifications.
