Caledonia Investments plc have appointed Dylan Bourguignon and Charlie Edwards.


Dylan Bourguignon joined from Cognetas, the pan-European mid-market private equity firm. Dylan’s started his career with LEK before moving to NBGI, and then undertaking an MBA at Harvard Business School.

Charlie Edwards joined from KPMG, where he worked in transactions services and latterly in restructuring.
