We are delighted to announce that Oxford Capital Partners has hired Colin Watts as Investment Director, he joins as a senior member of the team.  Colin has in excess of ten years venture capital experience with TLCom, DFJ e-Planet Ventures and Cisco Systems and has experience investing over $80m in venture capital companies in Europe and Israel.
