Vince O’Brien - Impax

PER is pleased to report that Montagu’s Vince O’Brien has joined the board of Impax Asset Management Group plc as a Non Executive Director.  Impax is an AIM listed investment manager focussed on the environmental sector and has a leading Private Equity fund.

Vince joins Impax as an NXD whilst maintaining his work as a director of Montagu Private Equity.  Vince has worked in the private equity industry for over twenty years and has been a Chairman of the BVCA. Originally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand he joined Montagu Private Equity in 1993. 

We look forward to hearing of Impax’s success in the future and wish Vince the best of luck.
