Rebecca Wu has joined MVision Private Equity Advisers as a Vice President. Rebecca will work on fund raising co-ordination, logistics and deal execution as well as developing and maintaining relationships with Asian investors.
Rebecca joins MVision having spent 5 years working with JPMorgan and HSBC, both in Hong Kong and London, where she supported the marketing and execution process of equity capital markets transactions. Notable transactions that Rebecca worked on include the $5.9bn IPO of Citic Bank (China), the $2.8bn IPO of Link REIT (Hong Kong), and the $1.8bn IPO of Reliance Petroleum (India).
