John-Paul Preston - LDC

LDC, the private equity arm of the Lloyds Banking Group, has appointed John-Paul Preston as a Legal & Risk Associate.

John-Paul has over ten years of legal experience. Prior to joining LDC, John-Paul was a legal counsel at Coutts where he advised on the structuring and ran a number of investment vehicles, in addition to structuring finance for individuals and entities both on and offshore.

Darryl Eales, chief executive of LDC, says: 'John-Paul brings with him extensive legal experience and we are delighted to welcome him to the LDC team. John-Paul's appointment is a testament to our commitment to further enhance the investment momentum that we have already achieved this year, having completed six transactions since January.'
